Think its supposed to make a whistling sound like a turbo as the gases from the exhaust pass through it

i want to stuck those whistles you get in crackers (ones with little fan in) up my exhaust, the ones that make a really comical sound, imagine that round the town.

look how he has made his feedback private so you cant remove the comments. He must have only started selling these in the past month and has recieved 40+ negatives this month yet only 50 for the whole year. Looks like most of the customers dont like it..

Anyone agree with my speculation?
