Ive just renewed with HIC now got 5 years protected NCD - that was one annoying thing that they wont protect at 4 years - you have to wait till 5

but I have a full valuation policy with my car valued at £5000 with all receipts etc to prove

but I've just checked my policy and I cant drive any other car TP or anything - I'd check your policy before risking it - dont just do it an hope its right - theonus is on you in any event

my old HIC policy last year i could drive other cars TP, but check that you dont have a limit to groups etc, as my insurer wouldnt isure me on cars over group 12!

i am insured to drive any car on my insurance but i am not with HIC. im 19 with no no claims tpft and drive any car

NO insurers would insure me TP on others car until im 25 on the new policy and the same with a few mates, so i think its something htey are cutting down on aswell as being a named driver on cars not many would do me as named driver on my old mans car!
