Had sickness and the runs all week then last night felt itchy all over, woke up this morning with a bad rash all over body...

Phoned NHS 24hr but been to casualty aswell, don't know whats causing it ....were scared it was shingles as that would not be good for karen and the unborn baby but thabnkfully it's not...

Got antihistomines to take...If it's not died down by later i will have to call off for crail tomorrow too

yeah think so...dunno what though??? could be viral related too..might be a bit of the bug i've had...

well update, stll don't know what caused it???

Saturday was a nightmare all day nigt, laggered with lotion etc..

Now virtually all away totally wierd like...was very itchy sore and red bumps???

back to my beautiful self

missed crail the day though

with shingles ud be ina lot of pain, bloke at work had that last week... its not contagious either
