I think the sports lowered on stock wheels actually look nice.
Seen a couple floating about on stock rims lowered.

wouldn't get 75mm springs or 60mm springs to be honest, mine are coilovers.

only problem i have found with the stock rim's, they have no grip what so ever in the dry or wet. 
only ickle 165's with 65 profile.

Yes they are not wide enough but looks good i think personally.
Agreed with grip - mine on stock rims, stock suspension is shocking scary almost
