probably much in the same way people think the VXR doesn't handle well because of the way the Stig drove it round the track

indeed matty, although those in the know can argue that JC drove a pre-production journo car, without a proper diff installed

It said it in Total Vauxhall that the car was a pre production model and they TOLD Top Gear that it was'nt the FINNISHED article yet top gear badgered them into providing them with a car.

So they got a unfinished one on 19's which did'nt help the cars cause.

Great lookin cars, plus they will hold there re-sale value well due to the limited numbers

I've just checked my insurance on one of these and on a LCR, i'm actually £50 cheaper on the RS which is odd

just watched an episdode of 5th gear with the leon vs rs vs CTR. and tiff chose the CTR, focus givres a jerky and nervous ride on the roads. and only beat the CTR by 0.3 of second around the track. LCR was 1 second behind CTR.

Love the RS

They retested one in EVO mag and they said it was awsome! The press cars etc were tweaked in a bad way that made it handle shite among other things.

New ST is nice in blue though
