I like how the driver hasn't got indicators or a speedo and that you can't really carry a passenger.

...and you can't open the glove box or beep the horn, and it's a death trap, if you had an accident you'd be smashed to bits on all that angle iron, and it would never pass an MOT over here, and when that belt snaps; that's it, NO STEERING, bingo, off the road you go, into a tree, to be killed to death aginst all that scrap metal in the passenger compartment.

Brilliant bit of engineering, if only for shock and comedy value - especially when you consider it must have been done by a complete lunatic in his own garage with whatever he found laying around in there.

A bit pointless though realy when you consider that he's rendered what was probably a few grands worth of fairly decent motor, almost useless and valueless realy.

I mean, i'd give 'em 50 quid for it, but the first thing i'd do is swap it back to LHD.

I'd be scared to drive it home like that - wouldn't be able to keep my eyes on the road for watching the belt for fraying.

think if you read into it its american, and allows the drivers i.e. postmen, to get in and out on the pavement side

Ther 2 lazy to even get out. when i was over there the postie didnt even get out to deliver the mail, just leant out the window and popped it in the mailbox!
