Isn't it satisfying when you find a briuse on your body that is yellow, or even better a blue one. I am covered in them I think I need a bit more practise at this whole skiing thing. I keep falling over onto metal rails

for some strange reason i feel more of a man, when i come back from football and find cuts and scratches on my body

I nearly ruined my chances of fatherhood too this evening, luckily, my trusty knee took the impact this time
