I consolidated my debts and saved until i could pay them off,
about 2 weeks ago i paid them off , cancelled my direct debits etc
now i owe nothing
now today we get a letter in my SISTERS name with all my information on it
but its in her name not mine! she's never had credit etc ever!!!
how did they find her name and why are they sending it to her
what happened to the data protection act!
anyone help?

So you paid ALL of your owing money off and they sent ANOTHER letter, this time someoneelses name?
Either they've made a mistake or your sisters got something shes not telling you
