Hi, My mate has a 1.0 12v corsa and he has found a 1.6 engine. but just to make sure will it fit into the 1.0 shell?

surely it would be a hell of a job as the 1.0 12v has EPS whereas 1.6 has PAS so this would be a lot more trouble to convert

It will probably fit in without removing the 12v lump.

rob_b fitted a 1.6 with PAS in his car which had EPS. Don't think he had any problems regarding that.
