ditto, was doing really well not to get them. kept waking up every 20 mins last night totally freezing not a pleasant nights sleep.

i had a cold for about 3 days.

i find the best thing for colds is when you know you are gunna get a colde start to drink loads and loads of fresh orange juice. it is full of vitamin c and it helps!

Ive had colds, sore throats, chest infection etc since i started working in the nursery, it just wont go
