Emptied cupboards in the hall, took pictures down etc...
3 boxs for mine and kierans DVD's
now my house isn't cluttered or anything but feck me you don't relise how much stuff you have and have to organise...
Viewed a repossed house today, 3 bed, big extension...needing new kitchen and bathroom and paint and carpets through out, woodwork etc....could look stunning but i wouldn't have the time to do it up with baby etc coming.....
Got another one to view tomorrow with garage 3 bed terraced, would prefer a semi though....
no doubt i'll keep you all posted
need to find one soon, time is ticking till 7th April...

repo sounds promising. get it get carpets ripped out get a decorator and a joiner for a week, would cost for stuff you could do but it is all done and the value it adds will well outway the cost for painter and joiner

I would like to get the repo but it is alot of work, kitchen would need done before you move in for starters...guttering needs done too...don't think we will go for it...maybe if we could get it cheaper..
it's up for Offers over 79K, if it was done up probably get around 95-105k for it...if i could have got it for 70k maybe but they will not accept that..
