i thought they were very good and then i sold it and drew had it then he sold it to someone else when they registered the re-newal for it they rang me up to check if it was stolen

First class customer support in my experience.
My coiled power cable stopped working so i rang them up and they sent me a new one out next day delivery. No questions asked.
