thats good dan..

I've just sold my 2 bed for 77K up here..To lease a 3 bed up here looking at about £500 pcm...

But go to edinburgh/glasgow area that price doubles..

Si i am now looking to buy and looking at spending inbetween 80-120K which will get a nice 3 bed..

Looking around now, it's a brilliant price, and hasn't gone up in the 2 years I've lived here...

Still looking to buy my own place, however, but the low rent is keeping out-spendings low until I can find somewhere...
