CRAP ??

I had a day off yesterday and started to feel pretty crap, got up this morning and boy, nose is running, sore throat, blocked ears and just feel like rubbish but had to come into work otherwise they would think im pulling a fast one !!

i play better 5-a-side than a full game of footy, we won first game 8-4 then lost second 18 - 3 (they were three divisons above us)
