Im guessing its the Rear Brake Bias but under heavy breaking the rear wheels always seem to lock up and the fronts don't.....i'd expect the other way round....
im running 15" alloys lowered 40-50mm (not sure)....oh and C20XE engine if that makes any difference at all....
any ideas?

what engine is this, and in corsa b or c?
In the b, anything other than a 1.2 8v I believe has a brake bias valve above the rear axle. It is a metal plate with a spring bolted to it. To adjust the bias, you have to move the spring on the metal plate by undoing the bolt, moving it and retightening. There are good photo's in the Haynes Max Power Corsa Modifying manual, have a look.
