I'm sure it's once you've allowed them access once, they can break in to regain entry in the future. They can also check for open windows and climb through them or walk through an unlocked door.

How do people get themselves in these states? They get the chance to go to court and sort out paying back what they owe, even if it is £1 quid a week.

i think the baliffs have more rght then police in thses case's, the dorr's can be broke i think they just knock it off the debt
