Am i ok to be driving it because its in the process of being done etc ?

Insurance know sent them an engineers report etc and have had the cover note back off them with the new details etc

as long as it is insured as a 1600, not sure with regards to tax tho.
i didnt drive mine till i got the v5 back through then taxed it

God theres quite a few not insured as 2ltr's etc..
