right had an accident two years ago. i was insured under my mums name and there was a claim only to fix other car.

when i am applying for insurance in my own name should i be saying i have had a claim or not as it was my mus insurance

it was your mums insurance therefore she made the claim

so no u havnt made a claim

however u have had an accident and is the wording not have you had any accidents or made any claims in the past 5 years
