Is the stuff good/bad for you

I ate 6 slices yesterday - 2 in the morning (breakie), 2 at lunchtime (sandwich) and 2 mid evening (felt like some soup, so dipped it in)

if you're going to eat that much try to get an uncut loaf from a local bakery rather than the constituted sh!t that you buy from the supermarket (kingsmill, hovis etc etc)....

You shouldn't really eat 6 slices of white tbh... try and stick to uncut (if poss) an always wholemeal

I myself have 4-6 slices of wholemeal a day when at work

'Kin 'Ell - I eat 2 slices for breasfast then 6 slices at work, with a possibility for another 2 slices again when I get home.
