Nan from Ireland gave me 50Euro??? instead of having to go into town ge a BDC to change it up can the back to that? I have one 5mins form my house

I have paid us$ cheques in before. It takes a bit longer for the money to clear tho. Don't see why you can pay in euros tho.

Can I use euro currency in the UK?

Some shops may accept euro as well as sterling, though there will be no obligation on retailers to do so. Shops in major tourist areas and in airports are more likely to accept them than others.

How come when i go into a clothes shop the price is in euros and GBP?
