its a x16xe engine with a genuine 43 thousand miles on the clock. It is a very clean and tidy examle. It has been very well looked after. The engine does not smoke or make any noises that it shouldnt with regular services. the reason for selling this engine will be due to a XE conversion
It has a lexmaul inlet manifold,
a janspeed 4 branch exhaust manifold,
a FSE power boost valve,
an ecotec valve,
a standard drilled airbox with a courtney panel filter,
a courtney cool running stat
aprox running 120-125bhp
I will put the engine up for sale before i remove the engine, so that the buyer can see the engine running and have a drive in it.
I think that it is worth £700 with gearbox, loom, ecu and all the mods above considering how much the lexmauls are worth these days!! what do you think peeps??

£700 might be a bit steep, prob be better selling the lexmaul seperately for 300 odd, manifold for 100, and engine for 250 to me.....
then 50 quid for the rest
i think youd struggle to get anyone to pay 700 for a 1.6 unfortunately

its good but not £700 worth. can pick up a rebuilt 20xe for that if less

so it will be better if i split it then? it wont be anymore trouble for me because the engine will be out, its just if anybody wanted to hear trhe engine running

its worth 700 in bits, but as a whole lot, youd prob only get 500, so for you, itd be better to split
and if you do, i might be interested in the engine itself
