As subject if you change the colour of your vehicle is it just a case of filling out the new colour on the existing reg doc and returning it to the DVLA for a new document to be issued?

they shouldnt charge you.

Just fill out the green bit on the V5c for changes and send it to them a week or two later u will receive ure new one back
