Not saying you did or anything because I don't know you.

But a lot of people think it's muscles in a tin when it isn't. You still have to work bloody hard, just you see a lot better gains for your effort than without it.

I worked really hard whilst using it and still do. Wasnt expecting miracles, although I know a few people that completely transformed because of it. I have heard from several reliable sources that people with lots of red meat in their diet are less likely to respond to it, not entirely sure on the truth of that though.

red meat contains creatine IIRC so I cant see a logical explaination for that.

I read up on it fully and researched different sites before I tried it and it did say different things you eat and drink can stop it working, i.e. Caffeini can have an adverse effect.

You need to make sure you're drinking plenty of water too

So surely if red meat does contain creatine then if you take more of it wont have such an effect ? I.E you are effectively taking too much to have added effect, if you get what I mean.

Your body only usually uses about 3grams of the stuff, the rest of it is just pissed out.

the creatine from holland and barrett is the worst thing i have ever had to taste in my life. If you buy it lean then its fine, just a teaspoon full with water

agreed, the one i had turned water purple and meant to taste like berries i think. Just used to neck it and get it over and done with. I only had mine before exercise, when i researched into it at the time I found out that whatever you don't use just passes through your system. This was about 6 years ago now though, and a lot of research has been done since.

don't skimp on the legs like a lot of people do. Training them releases alot of growth promoting stuff around the body which will help you train other parts more efficiently. iirc.

Do squats, full ranged squats with a barbell and using the smith machine to go heavy. The bar hurts me too much to do heavy ones on the smith machine, think its just me being a pussy!

There are complex carbs and simple carbs. Complex are slow releasing and simple carbs is basically sugar that give an insulin spike but only lasts a short while. Complex carbs are found in porridge oats, wholemeal bread, brown rice, wholewheat pasta.
