Change the .bmps to .jpgs (don't just change the file extension!) and lower the quality of them a little to make them tiny and your website faster.
Lose the animation - it detracts from anything else cos its eyecatching / annoying.

Well yeh the actual design doesnt take long, but they never give you all the info at one time so you have to keep editing stuff. Im not complaining about the money, but obviously if I was a proper company etc, I could obtain a far higher amount of money for the same level of work!
