As most of you know i got a letter last week telling me i could be made redundant, since then my manager spoke to me the other night and appologised as he didnt wanna loose me blah blah blah but he said its a good kick start for me to move on etc etc.
Had my meeting today to sort out redundancy etc and im now staying 
I sat down and they said "i'm pleased to tell you that you have kept your job"
WTF

You should have said srew you and shove your job give me my money and im leaving. Or now you can ask for a pay rise or say your leaving

Company is basically going under..
I had done my CV, getting ready to go to agencies and get a new job / new start and over £1k which would of given me enough breathing space till i got a new job.
Now it's all changed and feel totally insecure & still have me job, if i leave now i get nothing...

wtf you complaining for exactly? You are in a better position surely?
At least now you have your CV ready IF your job gets cut, you are prepared and can look for a job quicker than you could have before.

I have been in my current job 5 years...I would get a considerable amount if made redundant...
