hmmm na your screwed really.
if you have taken it back to the same place every time is has gone away for repair, the only thing you can do really is kick up a fuss and demmand to speak to the manager, tell them your writing letter of complaint in and want there names ect just be a twat basically saying your not happy with the service.
the manager may give you a new phone but he does not have to, if he dont your stuck with it.

ow you could always sent a letter to nokia relations department and tell them of your experience , may have a result, doubtfull though.
jist of it is no one has to take responsibillity as its been so long since you bought it, and has came out of warranty, in these situations if no one is to blame, no one really cares or is willing to help.

I wouldn't say you could 'demand' a new one
Asking the manager nicely may work just explain the problems you have encountered, and point out how much time you have wasted going to and fro the shop....

na as much as it pains me to say it lol the only time people tend to take action for a customer is when they are kicking off a fuss.
well obviously not everytime as i used to work in a shop and would always help the nice customers, but as far as my managers were concerned if some one was polite they couldnt give a shoot, but as soon as some one came in telling them they are writing letters of complaint ect they soon got there act toghether and helped them.
