More in the 1000's when I was asking about it so £200 is cheap I just got the hygenist to give them a scrub in the end

My hygenist does this too. Every 6 months along with my check up. Doesn't cost much either, unlike whitening.

depends if you get them lasered or bleached. Think they can do it by some sound of soundwave vibration thingy too (thats not the scientific term...)
