Right ive always said that i wouldnt get a back box for my car but i have now changed my mind

Anyway all i really want from it is looks obvoiusly not preformance as it is for a 1.2 8v. anyway i want one that is quite and not that much differnt to the standrad sound but maybe a bit more of a purr if u get what i mean.

this is the bumper car is will be going on standard pre 97 bumper etc





Im currently thinking twin round or oval what do u think? Anyone got any pics of these or others with standard bumpers?
also what brands would u reckomend for the above requirements

i had a look at the magnex back boxes but they dont seem to have any for a 1.2 8v car do they do one?

Anyone with a 1.2 8v care to share what back box they have

that i like alot would i be able to get that for my car? or would it have to be a universal one and does that in turn mean that it will be a pain in the ass to fit

i have the sebring backbox, the sound is a nice low rumble, especially at idle.

not raspy or extremely loud.

so its fine for cruising on motorways etc as its not too loud and droney that itl piss u off after 10 mins

Still unsure weather to get the oval or a twin one

So pics of these on corsas from people would be mucho appreciated

yer was looking at some peco ones on the topgear website. is a back box a back box and will they give the same kind of sound or are they all differnt?

Peco sound good, not a drone or thunder like a massive oval, just add depth to the sound and they dont sound like youve got a staandard exhaust whch is blowing to FCUK

if youre on a budget, sportex are ok, nice low sound.

Hmm peco sounds like kinda what im after not loud just "sporty" are the sportex ones loud?
