I have an e1400d mono block
will it power 2 12w1-v1 subs 4 ohms

your amp is 240watss RMS at 4 ohm and 400 watts RMS at 2 ohm, so if you can get the subs to run at 2 ohm that would be best as the subs are rated at 150 watts, i think running 2 single voice coil 4 ohms will run at 2 ohm but i cant quite remember!

they have them subs on offer at www.caraudiodirect.co.uk and im sure if you rang up they would know which ones you would need and how to wire them up!

That is correct, if you wire two 4 ohm subs up to a single channel (mono block) it will create a 2 Ohm load on the amp,
