see move to scotland, outsode glasgow.edinburgh and aberdeen and get a bargain..

i could sell you a spot on 2 bed, monoblock driveway, new bathroom, fully redocorated, GCH, DG etc etc 75K

yes ive noticed working in the mortgage industry houses in scotland are rediculously cheap

11 years ago remember my house when purchased was valued at 34k i bought for 33k..

so in 11 years more than doubled, expected to get in between 75-80K now...

But to buy anywhere else prices have risen too so you ain't really making the money, just goes on a new house thats all...
