sorted out my upgrade thursday last week.

Waited and yesterday morning get an email from o2 saying my order had been dispatched and gave me the DHL refernce.

Checked it on their site. Says deliverd on the 18th of May 2005

So wait until this eveining and ring DHL, their phone system tells me my order has been delivered speak to a human and he said yer ignore the numbers o2 give out. it will be with you tomorrow

What a waste of time!

DHl re-use consigment numbers... i had a parcel at work that we despatched 11 december 05, was delivered 3rd march 2003

i foned them up and asked if they'd invented time travel, anyway DHL = shite o2 = OK

Actually, DHL didnt buy Securicor, Deutche Poste did who also bought Securicor who in turn had bought Russel Davies back in the 90's
