yep saves all the hassle of goping to court etc....I don't think Karen could have stood up in court and talked about it TBH ...

Don't go if you think you might not be able to control yourself. If you go, you have to behave regardless of your feelings about him.. 
The wait in court won't be bad as you can watch other cases whilst waiting etc. It's quite fun actually. Wish i had time to do it more often.
Pleased that you don't need to appear as witnesses though, that would be difficult.
