you feeding the right amount? our lab, is 4 months gets fed 3 meals at roughly same time each day and a treat for her supper just before her walk (8ish) if she hasnt been when were back from her walk, we leave her in yard for 10 minutes. been doing this for like 2 weeks and only 1 present for us in the morning and it was on the paper by the back door, so she knew where it should be done. try that?

russ thats exactly what we do. Mind she has two meals a day the last one is about 5, then about half eight we go for a walk and 9 times out of ten she'll take a dump and she will go wee before we go to bed about half ten and there is still the same one of each every morning, its almost like she thinks its routine, trouble is if that is the case how do i get her to break the habit?

do you do the puppy trick of pointing her face at it and smacking her gently putting her outside to think about what shes done. ours is nowhere near perfect, and will shit if you leave her by herself and she cant get outside. im sure she'll grow out of it, how long has she been doing it?
