when i first bought mine back in 97' i had the opposite trouble trying to find one that was not standard i eventually bought a standard 95' with 22K miles on for £7K with 2 years free insurance which at 17 was not a bad do,good luck in finding one standard nowadays matey,

i brought mine, 1994 L reg, completely standard, 3 owners (2 in the same family since it was 6 months old) 58K. £1050. had to travel about 2 half ahours to get it though. and its minty fresh!!
