gonna buy some coilovers for my new corsa c this week. im looking to get the best ones for my money within a budget of about 400
i dont like the sound of all these teething problems with all the FK gear that u read on here, i just wanna be able to whip the old ones off and put the new ones on straight away, no drama. Whats gonna be my best bet?
Thanks

FK hightsports mate, just make sure you grease the threads etc before you fit them

I like my Highsports. Covered the threads in JCB Grease
Just keep a eye on them. Ride is great too!

Use Hammerite waxoil (and plenty of it) on the bodies of the coilovers, also let it dry for a few days after fitment before you drive if at all possible - stops the rot.
No big difference between coilovers & regular style uprated dampers & shocks - work exactly the same bar having an adjustable lower spring seat to allow height adjustment.
After tuning my Corsa B for 5 years and spending fortunes on various suspension kits i've come to one conclusion - DON'T lower more than 40mm if you want to keep the handing performance. For use on roads you NEED suspension travel.
