Hi,

I got a 5dr corsa in white and have just got my new Vectra Style bumper back from being sprayed (free of charge i have to add). Im not a fan of having the arches and all the black plastic trim sprayed white. I have decided or at least thought about having the white bumpers as they are but getting rid of the black plastic in favour of gloss/metallic black.

What are your thoughts on this idea?

will look not too good with the veccy style front as they wont match up colour code the lot put some skirts on jobs done...

Better still get a 3 door.....

Im known for being very particular about what i do, and for some reason even though friends and family and now you guys here have said NO to the idea, im tempted to do it anyways.

If i do, being a very stubborn person, and I post pics once its all done, will you be willing to express your honest opinion as to how crap it looks.

To be honest tho i just want to be different, there are so many 3drs out there, which do all look pretty tasty, but i had the 5dr bought me, and seeing as there are fewer done up, i think thats what i'll go for. Im confident i can do it, so I will be sure to keep you all updated on how badly it all goes.

Your a braver man than me.

TBH I think its the shape of the back end that lets the 5 door down more than the 2 extra doors.

this is CS mate, all we do is be truthful and slate everyone off. and i for one will be there laughin my ass off at what the car is going to look like

Those two 5drs are the nicest corsas ive seen, they look more manly. But i guess it just depends on what you like really. Im doubtful about mine looking any good, but then its only a run around, the other car is the main one...so if it goes wrong i will just get rid.

But i do value your comments, cheers even though im sure i can make it look ok. But hey, we'll see, it'd be pretty boring if i done what everyone else done.

Theres no point ranting and raving, im the one who has to drive the car, if it looks good then im happy, if i get laughed at, well i guess ppl are still looking so as long as it turns heads i dont care how lol.

It would be nice to have a car everyone loved but its all a bit of fun anyways...

as for taking it well....? care to share any info on that one?
