how shite are they!

Phoned up to downgrade my services and basically ended the call because they thought i was someone else, and then after 20mins of explaining who i was, they said 'sorry we dont have your detail' wtf?

if anyone works for telewest, im not a happy customer!

anyone else had bad services with them?
