i have a snowboarding question:

when your boarding along and you want to turn, do you primarily use your back or front foot or both as much as the other?

i'm goofy too. Well i was when skating and surfing so I guess I will be when snowboarding. I'm going in January - should I use a helmet? Heard conflicting advice... Not bothered about how it looks as long as i dont die

no need unless your going off piste (and proper off piste somewhere where a chair lift doesnt take you) on rocky runs or in terrain parks on the rails....

I have been snowboarding for justt over a year now. going on holiday to davos in a month can't wait. I don't own my own board and boots yet but i am planning to get my own around may time.

only going to get a cheap package for my first board and i will probably shred it pretty quickly.

Didn't have any ski lessons for a few hours today at the Snowdome and gave it a go. Tis easy, though you do fall over a fair bit

Don't worry mate i had just taken the bindings out of the box and put them onto the board so i could take a pic, they are at silly angles at mo and not even screwed on yet.

I do need to find out the angles that they will need to be at
