Who says I want to spend lots of money making it look original?

I think they look good enough standard. After my corsas' I learnt to buy cars that I like the look of to begin with. Fiberglass cracks, original cars never get sold for true value you have wasted on it and when you come to sell them you have a lot harder job because you're selling them to a select market. For instance, Mrs. Peters, aged 53 isn't going to want your daft car for the shopping is she?

I'm all for people kitting up their cars and i'm the first to be impressed if a well modded car drives past me in the street.

You started asking about turbo'ing an astra on the first page, that's why i made my original comment, to which you replied "gayboy", how 1990's

Both of you shut the fuck up.

Mike, corsa is lighter so may be faster but Richies 1.6 16v feels nippier (sp) and handles a million times better!

i agree i want to start buying cars which dont need modifying to look good, hence why im changing. and i only asked about the conversion because ifit wasnt really silly money, then it would be cheaper to insure a 1.8 turbo than a 2.0 turbo (guessing btw).

you had no reason to come in this thread having a go, hence why i reacted like i did.

also "so 1990s" lmao, that does sound rather gay
