how much would it be to get the black bumper bits and rub strip sprayed

paint may not stick to rubstrip properly, better to take it off i was told.

and if you mean full bumper front and rear colour coded probably 200 ish. or if theyre half colour coded already and just have a black strip, then more like 100 quid or less.

ye on the roof n spolier i was thinking silver or grey but not sure wheather a grey spolier wud look right

on a red car? no way mate. try polishing it up. if it comes up shiny then just get the black on bumpers sprayed red. if not, then save up and get full respray or change car for one in a different colour (probably cheaper option as full resprays can be costly depending on area)

yeah, red is a bad colour to go for mate (i know i used to have one. went pink in 2 minutes flat lol) just get one in a different colour in good condition with no rust or anything, with bumpers already done.
