Ive recently installed a toad Ai606 alarm into my corsa b. Upon finishing the installation, i inspected all the connections and all seemed well. When i armed the alarm the indicators flashed three times and chirped three times. I consulted the handbook, and it states that if it chirps/indicates three times then the door is not closed; however it was. I connected the green and yellow wire directly through the roof lining and into the interior light. I removed my door pins to check earths/lives etc. On the driver's side door switch there are two wires leading to earth and on the passenger side there is one live connected to the switch then earthed to the body. However there was an earth taped up out of the way. Upon removing the yellow wire (which is the live) my indicators flashed once on arming. Also since playing around with these wires i can arm/disarm and lock but my keyfob will not now unlock the central locking. I was wondering if there is something the matter with my door pins or i have i wired something up incorrectly?
any help would be much appreciated

i got mine installed for £30 by an auto electrician, got certificate and everything and it works a treat... apart from when a fuse blew in my fuse box and i couldn't turn it off until i realised what had happened lmoa.
see a pro, it'll save you in the long term
