I was talking to my dad about this earlier when we weere down the pub. When you think about the thousands of people they process tickets for each day if you contest they aren't going to waste time on you you'll just get your letter put to the bottom of some pile. We were also saying that if everyone who got caught speeding contested to go to court there wouldn't be enough court space for everyone to do it so peoples offences would no doubt be waived here too??
