Also wats the best way to remove rubstrips without leaving any marks wat so ever.. wat do i need to buy for tht?

but why do you want to lower it if its your first car, your young and have stupid insurance prices?
surely lowering it will get you bummed on insurance?

you wont strip your paint using white spirit so long as it is the original paint which would have been baked on.

So white spirit shouldnt harm it.
