OK, i've just been told by mates im very silly for putting RCA and 12v cables under my car for amps.
Will they be ok though? Theres no bare ends exposed and the cables look durable?

A lot of competition cars do it with the power cables to be very sure there will be no interference with the audio siganls. As long as they are protected there is no problem, just fues it at both ends. Personally i would route some pipe like an exhaust from the engine bay into the boot, wrap the cable in something and thread it through. On an everyday car its not really worth it unles you are running 0guage and theres no room.

If you attatch the cable to you brake lines or fuel lines your car may fail it's MOT depending on who tests it.

Japanese cars are held together with staries and bluetack.
I doubt its hard to take trim off.
