1. 07/11/2005 new plate c12agx put on to my car log book changed by dvla
2. c12agx put onto my car with new tax disc same day
3. r75 jbb taken off old tax disc posted back to dvla on same day
4. week later photo compied all details sent to ins (performance direct)
5. 22/12/2005 pulled producer.
6. took log book with old reg on and starped by dvla with new reg.. mot but chassy no is on mot.
so proves still the same car.
7. caution from poilce as i could not provide details
now ins are saying never recived my letter sending me a new cover not out dated 24/12/2005
where do i stand does this cover me as i got a caution from poilce for failing to provide documents. and i might have to go to court
police called my ins they said they had no letter is there word against mine.
so am i covered or not as i dont know what to do now cover note will be here in a week or so.

I wouldnt worry. You can proove its the same car. Its just the idiot civilian on the desk thats a donut. Go to court, it will be fine.
