Just had a customer have a go about not been able to get an order before christmas:

Him: "so i can't get my order before christmas"
Me: "No, we cut off at 10"
Him: "Thats no good to me"
Me: "Well we did send a flyer out"
Him: "i never got it"
Me: "i have one here"
Him: "right i'll close my account then"
Me: "Feel free, have a nice christmas"




Best thing thats happened all week that

Even when they are wrong...

When I worked at the wine shop in Waitrose they would come in and ask us if we had ain Famous Grouse left... This time last year the answer was no as we didn't order enough, was a ntional problem. The customer would ten go off on some hissy fit about how rubbish Waitrose was and how they would go to Sainsburys instead. No mater how you explained the situation they would just go on and on and on, and they try and make me feel bad about them having to go to Siansburys to buy bloody whiskey when they could buy Bells at a whole 5p more expensive. They would then whine on about how Bells was more expensive. At this stage I would tend to walk off and ignore them, this tended not to go down too well.

Essay summery, the customer is always wrong. No hang on, a moron.
