Is anyones free texts not working? I topped up about a week ago and am still being charged. My Missus topped up a brand new SIM and she is also being charged

i know with the brand new sims it takes 24 hours to register thing..other than that dont no sorry mate

i know of some that dont get free texts at all, try ringin o2 and finding out why?

You have to wait till its your starting date. Like the date u registered and started getting the free texts. Say that was the 20th of the month u gotta wait till the 20th of the next month to get the free one's again

think they mean when they have first registered, so it hud come on within 24hours but they havnt.iv sold loads of sims which do this.

and im on the 20th

you should change to orange, u get 3000 free text a month
I now only spend about £20 in my phone a month now!

I would foxy, but everyone i ever ring is on O2, GF was on vodafone and i never rang her for the first 10 months of going out, just went round and chatted face to face instead lol

Mines an old sim, hers is new.

I thought about ringing them but its so expensive

O2 use an 0845 number now, so it's much cheaper than it was.
