think the power for the 16xe will be more 170bhp(ish) with standard internals & management

200bhp yeah if you wana kill the engine quickly

will also need intercooler, pipwork, either lexmaul or mantzel (better) to work properly, as think the standard manifold will be far too restrictive for it

Up to 400bhp in 1.6 litre engines
Up to 600bhp in 2 litres engines
(not included pins and rings)
