Ordered 2 bottles of absinthe from 2 seperate sellers based in UK.
Was expecting them both yesterday, so i had a look on parcelforce to check both tracking numbers. And it seems the driver has done away with both my bottles!!
Have to call up the supplier now, as well as my credit card company!!

Dear Sir/Madam
I placed an order on <Date> <order#> from your website.
I was expecting the package to arrive sometime yesterday but it didn't arrive.
I was up all morning and did not hear the doorbell ring. I aslo checked with my
neighbours to see if they've recieved the package, which they hadn't.
Today I used the tracking number to check the delivery status of the package
and it appears taht the item was delivered to me.
The status showed that the package was delivered to '<ME>' at 08:12 (14/12/05).
However, I did not recieve the package nor does the signature shown on parcelforce
matches mine. The signature shown does not remotely resemble mine.
As the delivery history shows that the item did arrive at my local
depot I suspect the delivery driver is responsible.
The bottle was meant to be a gift for someone for christmas but I will reorder once the
claim goes through.
I appreciate this has no fault with your company, but with the carrier used to deliver
the item. I would like you to make a claim for loss against Parcelforce.
