I got messed about a bit by this company. I placed an order online, and then phoned up to double check stock. 5 Days later they told me they didnt have any!!! Anyway a war of words over email has started. How should I reply to the "kiss our fat useless arse" reply?

Hi,
Unfortunately the item you ordered is sold out. If you have an alternative
please advise.
Kind regards

Ellis Brigham Ltd & The Snowboard Asylum

Hi,

It has taken you you 5 days to tell me this! I phoned to check this order
twice, and was told you still had some. I even called the morning you sent
the email, and you told me you had these.

I go on Holiday soon, and have no bindings!

F*cking idiots

Unfortunately items sell out.

Next time be more organised.

"Next time be more organised" Surely this applies to you. On two ocassions
I was assured you had stock. Had one of your members of staff got off their
fat useless arse and checked properly it would of saved a lot of grief.
To all those copied in its best to avoid the snowboard asylum. Go Noahs
Ark, or SS20.

You can kiss our "fat useless arse".
